I have purchased these before and they are very good value. I got 4 packs of cartridges, each pack has 5 cartridges in the box. So you should get 20 in total. Hope that helps!

I do not think they are genuine. They have not arrived in the boxes matching the product photo, or matching genuine LAMY cartridges you buy in shops. Mine arrived in yellow boxes and something on the back of each had been obscured/scribbled out with a permanent pen. I had an empty and a half empty cartridge among the ones I purchased. Would definitely not recommend or use this company again.

Q: Is the ink waterproof?

No. It pretty much washes off the page without a trace. I suggest Noodler's black or De Atramentis Document black if you're after waterproof black.

Q: Is it suitable for watercolor sketching?

It is a dense black for caligraphy hand writing but would be fine for sketching in a thin knib pen.
