My dermatologist recommended this to me when I mentioned my hair has been shedding a lot. I've only been taking this for about a month and have only been taking one pill, but so far I've noticed such a difference in the amount of hair coming out when I brush my hair or wash it. I haven't noticed any new growth yet but it's still too soon for that I think. The lack of shedding is a huge relief.I also haven't had any stomach issues from this supplement and no negative effects on my mood. Sometimes it seems like my mood might actually be a little better but it might just be a coincidence.The cost is more than I'd like to spend but considering the amount of pills that come in the bottle and the results I've seen this early, I think it's worth the cost. For me, it is.I plan to buy another bottle when I run out of my first and hopefully that will be when more growth starts. Fingers crossed!

The seal was off in one small spot. I thought no problem but then I noticed there was something on the outside of the bottle. I wiped it off but couldn't bring myself to use it. It is expensive and can't be returned so I'm stuck with a product that I'm not sure is safe. It did come highly recommended but I'm just not sure it's safe so I won't reorder.

I’ve been using this vitamin since mid-February & I’ve been seeing some encouraging results! I lost quite a bit of hair when I caught Covid, and this is slowly helping my hair grow back. I’ve got lots of little baby hairs coming in on my temples and hairline. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for something to grow your hair back.

My dermatologist recommended this to me. I started taking it 11/12/22. When I went for a haircut on 12/19 my stylist could see new growth. This had me excited since it had only been 4 weeks. There is one drawback for me. My nails are also growing faster. This could start getting expensive for manicures.
