Just like the title says, its fine, great tasting and a good product to use at home for cooking and having a pinch with a glass of water to replenish lost electrolytes through sweating, and helps your body retain water where its needed and keeping you hydrated without having to constantly run to the bathroom

Can't fault the sea salt. It does what it says on the tin will buy again. Will look for somewhere cheaper. I think it's too expensive at the moment.

Best salt in terms of taste, rquires very little amount of salt compared to the trash table salt with iodine. Over 90 essential vitamins and minerals and makes a very healthy, great tasting electrolyte drink. You can toss Gatorade in the garbage after this, where it truly belongs. With other poisons.
