We love Alexander
My 4yo fell in love with Horrible Day, so I figured he would enjoy this title. It hasn’t been quite the hit I expected. There are more words per page, he wants to turn to the next picture before I can finish reading. It might be one we have to grow into.

Cute but wordy.
This is a cute book. We really like the other Alexander books. This one seems way wordier than the others. My 6 year old got a bit bored at times but the story is cute and follows the theme of the others. He understood it and we’ve read it a few times now.
