Q: is for anyone this one helped from spots?

Yes! My skin is very prone to getting spots. This face wash gets rid of oily skin and clears pores to prevent spots forming :)

Q: Based on experience, how long on average would you say a tube lasts?

I use it once a day every day (perhaps twice on the weekends due to sports) and I would say around 5-6 weeks. I should point out however, that the amount you use in each wash can greatly determine how long a tube lasts. Hope this helps.
