Q: What sizes are the spanner’s

Ratchet: 19, 17, 13, 10. And two double sided spanners 19-17 and 13-10. Handy as you usually need 2 same size spanners.

Q: Is the ratchet end only for tightening bolts or can it be used to undo the bolts aswell?

Of course it can there is an arrow on either side showing you which way it tightens and loosens. They are very nice to use.

Q: Is the ratchet end angled like most spanners?

Unless it says wera joker "switch", no. You can get the angled set but like I said above "switch" has angled head with a switch for left/right ratcheting like a regular ratchet has. The set in question has no angle head.
