simply amazed by this shoe lifts. you need lace ups or your feet wont go inside the shoe. they are very comfortable, the air pocket works amazingly.

Quite the mixed bag. Importantly, these are NOT 28cm as stated by the makers in the Q&A, they are barely over 27cm. I had previously bought a pair of similar unisex soles that claimed to fit 9.5 shoes, they left a near 2cm gap at the back of my UK size 10s. These are basically the same.These do however have better width in the heel support for mens shoes.Design wise these are worse than the others in that the main sole worn without the extra lift wedge does not sit nicely in the shoe, there is an uncomfortable thick step in the midsole. I have put in a pair of 5mm hard gel heels in, in an attempt to flatten out the bottom, and a contoured stiff thin oversole which eliminates the gap.I am wearing these to help eliminate achilles problems, not gain height. I have previously had success doing this but had to put in several different smaller wedges together.It remains to be seen how comfortable these will be over time.

OK. This thing comes in two parts.... top and bottom. The top and bottom split, to leave a lower third and an upper two thirds. The whole thing (5cm / 2 inches) is WAY too big because your heel is coming out of the shoe more or less. So, I have used the 'half of it' - the upper two thirds. (About an inch and a half). This is spongy and comes with an air shock absorbing reservoir.I suffer from TERRIBLE lower back pain. Awful.With normal shoes on the clonk clonk clonk of the heel against the pavement is jarring, this relieves any pain or probably more accurately stops the pain from occurring in the first place.So, my advice is dispense with the lower part, use the bigger upper part only, and walk on air...

Completely satisfied with this product. Perfect fit and very comfortable. Speedy delivery.. Although I was surprised that the delivery cost was almost as much as the item. However that said. Very good standard of product.

Does the job but be careful if you don't fasten your shoes properly you can twist your ankle because no side supports to this product

I bought these more for comfort (they were recommended to me) than for height increase and I have now purchased my third pair. I found them a bit tight when wearing with my correct shoe size, however I thought I would try them with a shoe size one up and what a difference this has made to me personally - I generally had feet issues (with shoes on) when walking on hard surfaces I now wear them in all my shoes/ trainers etc and my feet have never been better/ more comfortable. Maybe this could help others with a similar complication- worth giving it a try!

Works as it says, very sturdy and comfortable at the same time. Would get the same product every time when it wears off in time for reliability.

it is very bulky and not really fit to put into regular dressed shoes. Better in boots as there is more support then.
