No. It’s heavier than the moisture milk.

Q: The description says its a mist but the picture is a pump bottle...which is it?

Strange not sure why it says mist. It’s a pump bottle and the texture is a cream

Q: Is this better than the Curl Maker?

I recently boouht and Iwas disappointed. I used it as differently from Fresh Curl. I use Fresh Curl more as a moisturizer and really love it. Since I only got the Curl Maker about a week ago , I've used it to create curls and don't find it any better than others I use and like , it's just ok. I like Ouidad Climate Control, Curls Goddess Curls gelee, and Jessiecurl Rockin Ringlets or Spiralicious better. I may need to experiment a bit more with the Curl Maker, but for the price I paid ,$22, I expected better results. But as you probably already know, what one curl loves, another may not. My hair is 3C front /sides /nape and the crown is more type 4A. Hope this helps.
