AWFUL PRODUCT
Product does not work. Seller will not respond to messages. Does not accept exchanges or return. I'm out of $180 and left with a piece of junk. Would give it a 0 rating if i could.

Easy to work with
I bought a vacuum bell for my son last year by sending in pictures. I bought another one this year since he has grown. I had problems uploading the pictures for customization each time, but the sellers were prompt and helpful. The new bell has arrived and fits perfectly, and my son is using it for his pectus excavatum. I'm glad they offer this since I don't know where else I'd have gotten one so easily. I do think it helps. My son's the right age for it, and I hope for permanent improvement if I can convince him to use it consistently.
