I was a bit underwhelmed with the crystal, i knew it would not be very big but it was smaller than I envisaged, my fault!It was in a really scruffy box and I bought it for a present for my friend so was embarrassed that she might think it was from the pound shop!It did have a black bag and a certificate so hopefully she will appreciate it? Could not send it back because I had to give her it on her birthday, let's hope she gets some benefits from it!

I feel it is protective. It arrived packed very safely and it is nice. It is small and it fits nice on my office!

I am not impressed everything i seem to get from amazon his either broken, ripped, quantity disappearance this is disgusting. I am not happy u need to start compensating when I took out the item I nearly got cut.
