Nice enrichment toy, loved by my foster dog (rottweiler). Only downside is it turns into a weapon when hes running about shaking it. Loves playing with it and shaking for dry food inside, keeps him entertained. Would recommend, particularly for larger dogs, smaller dogs will probably work it fine, but the bottle is sizable. Seems very durable. No cracks in the plastic yet and its been thrown and shaken onto many surfaces.

I really want to like this toy (my dog certainly did!) but it has some major flaws.Firstly, it IS really difficult, especially with anything other that very small kibble. My dog figured out very quickly how to pull the rope, but then its extremely hard to get it back in again, especially when a bit of food gets wedged in the opening. My dog sorted this by smacking me with the toy, and allowing me to 'reset' it for him.A kibble change allowed me to sort the first problem, but then came the second - a soggy rope. Once it was pulled, licked and slobbered on a few times, it went very limp and just bent rather than going back in to the bottle.Then to the third problem - the smell. Dog slobber and kibble smells after a few days. It smells VILE. I soaked the rope, i scrubbed the rope, i tried to dig out the manky bits of food with a knife, but to no avail; mould started to form and i had to cut the rope off as its just impossible to clean and clean thoroughly. If a product is going to contain food, then its needs to be clean and hygienic. My house stunk for days until it figured out it was the dogs toy!Some Kong aqua products come with a waterproof rope, and this material would be far better suited.Now ive removed the rope, i have put a heavy duty ball in it, but its too easy now.Whilst i like the idea, and the fact my dogs loves it, i just cant justify the cost of replacing it after just 6 weeks until its improved in some way.

I've had this tug treat toy for 4 months now and it's withstanding a lot of playing! My senior Labrador has given up interest, but my 2 year old Beagle adores it. He'll happily play with it for hours even though I only put a handful of treats in at a time. It's kept him occupied whilst we've had builders in the house, and is currently distracting him from loud neighbourhood fireworks. The rope is showing some signs of wear and the plastic has a few light scratches, but even though he will chew through most things he seems to genuinely prefer playing with this. I would highly recommend and will happily buy another if this one does wear out.

4 stars only because we ended up to making our own variation of toy put of this one. Now we have 2. A rope and a dispenser bottle. It was difficult and frustrating a bit to get the treats out of it for our 5 month puppy, so we took rope out and filled it with 2 rubber balls instead and he is happy to play with it now. Treats fell out nicely and he is happy to play with it. If you have hard floors bear on mind it's very loud when dog roll it around and picking it up and throwing everywhere to get treats out. Will not be so bad with carpets... But no regret to buying it even being pricey it well made, strong toy.

Great for separation anxiety, to train a pup to enjoy being left alone. It keeps our beagle entertained for around half an hour. It’s too big for him to get his mouth around the middle part so it takes him longer to paw at it and manoeuvre it with his snout and paws. It is durable, strong thick plastic bottle. The strong thick plastic makes a lot of noise if you have wooden or laminate flooring though. 😂 totally worth the loud bumps though

My dog couldn't figure it out at all. She's usually reasonable with toys, but not bright enough for this one. I also struggled to find treats the right size for it, even our kibble was too big for it to work.Finally and most importantly, it's a really thick heavy bottle. Dog tried to solve it by picking it up and swinging it by the rope, which effectively meant we'd armed her with a flail.

It broke the same day so it wasn’t a success for us. Puppy is only a 9 month small cockerpoo so not a great amount of strength or action was had in the short amount of time. It will have to be thrown. On inspection of the toy, I would say in my opinion, the rope is too thick to be able to let the treats out. Even with cutting the treats super small the action didn’t really let the treats out. The idea is great but this particular toy wasn’t. It didn’t live upto what I imagined would keep my puppy amused for a short period of time.

Good strong construct, very easy to open the bottom as it screws on. Pop small treats such as little chewy bones as your dog is to work out how to get them out of the top of the bottle, which is much narrower. The top has a knotted rope in the top of the bottle neck, which the dog has to push down into the bottle whilst tipping it up and over to get the treats out. This is really challenging for your dog, but a great brain teaser and keeps them occupied for quite some time. They will try and cheat to get to the treats by chewing the bottom of the bottle, but the bottle is robust enough to take it. However, I would keep an eye on your dog whilst they are playing with this toy, would not leave to their own devices without supervision.
