Versatile Pain Relief First Aid
Easy to apply for targeted pain relief on top of clothes without risk of freezer burn or scalding. Soothing ice pack remedy for inflamed joint with or without the use of drugs and easy to keep in place with velcro fastening. Ideally have one in use and one in the freezer. Made of strong material with a long strap. Useful standby for chronic or acute conditions requiring either heat or cold therapy.

Great for strains and pains
Very easy to use either as a cold or hot compress. It is comfortable and moulds easily for use on the torso or limbs. Velcro straps keep it snugly in place. Very effective.

Perfect for what I needed
This is great and very versatile. Have used it many times since I’ve had it and works perfectly well. I have an injured ankle which I can easily wrap this around. I also twisted my back and popped it on whilst I was doing the housework which means I can do two things at once. When frozen it is still soft and flexible which meant it didn’t hurt to put it on my injury like the hard picnic ice packs I have been using. Haven’t used it as a heat pack. Good quality too so very pleased.

product was first class except one of the pockets was fully filled with gel the other two were rather lacking have destroyed it as directed by Amazon as we could not return it. We would have liked to have bought another but could not be sure that that the three pockets would be uniform with enough gel in each. Alexander Burton.

Every home should have one
This is really good, does what it says on the tin. Great that it's reusable and env friendly and much more comfortable using gel than using ice.Has benefited the kids, my neighbours, myself and my tenants when injured or sore.

Holds the heat for a good time and doesn’t smell and deteriorate like the wheat bags.
I used this for a heat pad on my neck and back. It heats up quickly - sometimes the heat is uneven but you can squeeze the gel through the gaps from one section to another. It is very good for lower back as the Velcro strap keeps it in position.

Directions
Freeze the gel pack for at least 2 hours for cold therapy or immerse it in hot water for approximately 10 minutes or heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds for hot therapy.
Safety Warning
- NEVER apply gel pack directly on skin after being heated or frozen, as excessive heat or cold can lead to burns. Always use a cloth or towel for protection
- LIMIT hot/cold application to 15-20 min at a time as recommended by doctors & professionals. Overusing doesn't help you heal faster and may damage skin tissue
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
