This is one of those well designed and effective devices that really work. It is simple to use, effective and cheap. All you do is pour hot water into the reservoir add your balm/essence/liquid of choice refit the lid and inhale. We use ours with Albas oil or Vic most of the main brands and supermarkets own brands will do the trick pronto. I prefer to place mine on a firm surface like a table with a chair so I will not get knocked or tip anything over. Protect your tabletop get a towel and cover your head and inhale. The effects are brilliant and really helpful if you are blocked up, have a heavy cold or suffering from sinus problems. After use tip, the whole lot away, rinse and leave to dry. At under £4.40 at the time of writing this is a sound investment. If it's too tatty or worn recycle and buy a new one for pennies. We already had one and bought this for my wife's cousin who had a head cold. Within 24 hours she received it and by that night it was put to work clearing her head. Totally recommended because it works so well.

This is a very simple product however it does the job. I have chronic sinus problems and this makes steam breathing so much more comfortable. You can sit down, or lay in bed and simply hold the cup rather than having to be bent over a steaming bowl. I always find I feel a difference in my breathing after use. Due to the cheaper nature of the product there are some drawbacks to bear in mind, one is that you have to be careful not to tip the cup too far whilst using, as the lid is losely engaged and if it should slip off you would pour boiling water on yourself. Secondly, the mask is a one size fits all - and of course, one size does not fit all. I think I use it slightly differently every time, sometimes I hold it against my face with my other hand, sometimes I put my nose right down to the hole the steam comes out and sometimes I mouth breathe with it because it doesn't truly fit my face. I also made the mistake of putting it in the dishwasher and the mask is totally wonky now BUT it still works. For what I paid, I can't complain and it could very well help others out there feel a little better.

Does not work for steaming properly. Bought to help steam throat and nose. The mouth piece is tiny (would fit a child) and the hole for the smoke does not rise out. Even when the water inside is boiled to 100 degrees it doesn’t work properly. Do not buy - not worth the money even for £8

Decent item,works fine abit basic but i do not recommended 5.00 for a cup breather when you could use an inhaler or ventilator not worth it. Though no smell. Really easy to clean because its a damn cup. Steam is nice that comes out of it but what do you know its steam but "steams alright i guess" said by francis btw. Quite durable really is not against fire or a hydralic press though weird. And i guess is soft on the skin wdym idk. Though good if you dont have an inhaler but have a kettle.

The durability of this cup is excellent, the effectiveness of use great. Weight is good, great value for money.
