Replacement leads for pencil I bought years ago. Good strong couloir and don’t break easily.

I love these leads but they are not for everyone, they are very hard so can be a little brittle and they are more difficult to erase so it's best if you sketch very lightly however on the plus side it gives very crisp, sharp lines and it won't smudge like traditional pencil lead plus personally I am a fan of the look. If you import into Photoshop its also easier to key out the sketch lines if you wish.

These leads were black. Not the slightest hint of blue. Undoubtedly black. see my skertches attached - all black no blue.

Coloured lead for my pencil. Notes written in blue pencil are invisible when document photocopied!!!!

My son has been using these leads for animated character outlines for many years and this was a reorder. Excellent product.

Great low smudge pencil led for sketching in spiral bound sketchbooks..! The color shows up well on white paper and is pretty good for the price. Unfortunately, my cheap pencil breaks the lead easily, so be aware to get a good mechanical pencil for this lead. Also, it is soft, and so it can run out very quickly I've found..! But, it easily covers 30+ pages of sketches front and back for me, so I'm happy! However, if you like to erase your sketches, get regular pencil lead instead. While it does erase some, ive found that ive not been able to pick it up completely and it's very noticeable even when "erased". This pencil lead is better for when you want to sketch without having to worry about it smudging as the pages rub together.
