I like the shoes, but they are a little tighter than when I bought them last time. And the same size 12, can I send them back for a 121/2?

Fits great ! Feels good only thing was my package came , repackaged when I ordered a new one, and didn’t get the usual tool to get stuff from in between of bottom of shoes or extra soles to make it a size bigger :/ and I need that extra sole
