Good product. I like it very much. Very cute and functional accordingly. This is the LUXURY of humidifiers because it’s as if you keep buying it over and over again. it is very high maintenance because: 1.The manufactures wants you to use only mineral water (and I do- very costly). This is expensive especially if you use the humidifier all night like myself, not to mention if you use the high setting. 2. The remote does not last - very cheaply made, so now I have to find a new one. Will contact customer service on that for sure! PART 2 of my review: I decided to contact customer service and my experience was 7⭐️!!! They replaced the humidifier (the remote was what really needed to be replaced). I have not used this new one yet. I’ll give the update soon. To the manufacturer: Thanks for being a Co of integrity. I think you should produce a better quality remote and sell the item at a higher price. I don’t think you would lose customers this way. The item is extremely cute and people wouldn’t mind paying more for this *fashionable *unique (contemporary styled) humidifier that gives them the luxury of a functionable remote. October 2024: The humidifier would not stay on. I contacted customer service. They responded promptly. Issue was dealt with through them instruction me on how to fix the issue. I really like this company’s customer service. I still give them a 7⭐️ 2years after my first experience with them. Go ahead and buy your humidifier👍🏾

Best humidifier I ever bought! It’s very stylish, easy to fill up & clean and has excellent water capacity. It will go for hours on one tank of water. Also operates quietly. Liked it so much I had to buy a second one!

The three parts are not marked to put back together. I marked each part with a colored permanent marker to line them up. I add drops to ensure that the slime doesn’t show up. This is common in these humidifiers. Other than that I’m happy with it. It’s quiet compared to our fan forced humidifier.

The biggest reason I got this one is because of the height of the outlet. It actually allows the vapor to permeate the air before it hits ground level, the higher you put it (and you don't have to because it is already tall enough) the better the spread of humidity. (Tried both of the sharper image ones and that was bad move because the big sharper image ones only look good. Don't work at all well.) Additionally, it looks great. It is different from most humidifiers, aesthetically. Doesn't look like a humidifier. Looks like it belongs in a star wars or a sci fi movie. Can easily make this blend into your decor. Overall, really like this product. Cons: not any real ones, just capricious ones. Maybe a bigger tank would be nicer, but they don't get much bigger than 5L. Maybe some digital readouts of humidity? But then you'd have to deal with the light bothering you at night if placed near a bed... Again, capricious cons that aren't real. Actually bought 2.

Loved it at first. Tried to move it into my daughters room when she was sick and it stopped working. Checke multiple outlets and eliminated all "operator error" reasons for malfunction. EDIT: wonderful customer service! They sent me a replacement one at no charge even though I’ve had the other one quite a while. Works wonderfully! :)

Sometimes it will turn on sometimes it won’t and even when it turns on it runs for maybe one minute and shuts off. Didn’t come with a manual. Worst purchase I’ve made.

This humidifier is my favorite. I love the look of this humidifier. Very attractive. The only thing I would change is the way to refill the unit. Even that is not a deal breaker.

Overall nice and quiet. Remote control is a nice addition but the mist blow’s horizontally instead of up which creates a different set of problems seeing as this was intended for bedside use and now it’s soaking the bedside.
