Previous purchases were larger outside diameter and smaller inside diameter meaning less paper in the latest purchase.

The description says 20 rolls but only 5 were delivered. Not clear that 1 pack is only part of the box. I can’t return as was emergency work order and they’ve used what was delivered. Can’t find a way to contact Amazon either. Product therefore not as described, seriously overpriced and dreadful customer service.
