I bought this face mask to try and help with my migraines and it works wonders. You can put it in the fridge to make it cold or microwave it to make it warm so you can get a lot of use out of it making it definitely good value for money! I’ve suffered with migraines for years now and struggle to find anything to ease them even just a little bit but now when I feel a migraine coming on this face mask if the first thing I turn to for relief.

This mask is really good for both cold and hot therapy (on the right way). Further instructions about the application are also present on the back side of the package. The only defect are the eyes holes, not big enough for avoiding the sharp plastic on of the border coming into my eye or just to blink. Good only if keeping eyes closed.

I've got TMD/J, Chronic Myofacial Pain Disorder and Fibromyalgia which all need heat therapy to help me manage temporary symptom relief and let me tell you that this reusable face mask is a godsend! Wonderful how versatile it is for both hot and cold therapy as well as having a calming effect due to it's gentle weight. Absolutely perfect!

I found this got far too cold and was uncomfortable to put on my face. It does come with a cover to put on, but when you use this you can barely feel the cold. Better to use just ice in a flannel.

This mask is brilliant, it really cools you down. It's really well made and good value for money. One thing I would say though is make sure you put it into a ziplock bag or something before putting it in the fridge as it soaks up food smells and mine now smells of garlic which I absolutely hate and makes me feel sick. I found this out a few days ago when I had food poisoning and was vomiting. The cold of the mask was wonderful but I had to take it off as the smell was making me puke more. It's now soaking in a bowl of warm water with barcarb of soda in. I'm hoping that works or I am gonna have to buy a new one as I use it a lot and it really is brilliant. I also have a hat that has ice packs in and you freeze. I use the hat and mask when I have a migraine or cluster headache to keep my head, neck and face cool and the 2 together is just amazing.

The gel sits in the bottom of the mask. I thought the various areas of the face would be isolated, cheeks, forehead and so forth. But no. Its one piece so of course all the gel runs to the chin. So unless you get a lot of chin headaches it's useless.The design is also very rigid and does not sit well on the face, with uncomfortable hard edges.

Great for my rosacea when used cold, and will probably help my migraines when next I get one. Have used warm too, very soothing on the sinuses.Plastic is a little bit sharp round the eye holes though so use caution. And don't photograph yourself wearing it unless you're doing a Halloween picture.

This is a good quality product but it's available cheaper if you have the patience to look and wait. I returned mine and got it cheaper elsewhere.Does what it says on the pack - however if you leave it in the freezer too long it does solidify so I suggest you don't leave it for more than an hour as it'll be difficult to mould to your face. Allows you to get on with doing other things while it does the job. I found all the holes in the mask were in the right place for me but if you have a larger face for I can imagine they may be slightly displaced.
