Amazing product, so worth the price and does the job

I have been wanting a Tangle Teezer for ages but have never wanted to pay the full price for one as I thought this was a little expensive. So in the meantime I have previously purchased a couple of copy type items which are meant to offer the same type of thing but have found they just scratch your scalp! So after spending that money on cheaper alternatives, I should have just took the plunge on one of the real deal! I first tried a Tangle Teezer a couple of years ago when a family member had one on holiday and found it was perfect for detangling my pool hair! I got this product when it was reduced to £7.31 so decided it was finally time to take the plunge, and I'm so happy I did! I mainly use my Tangle Teezer for when I go swimming as my hair always feels very tatty and dry when I get out of the pool so hate trying to get a brush through it! The soft bristles mean that they don't tug on the hair too much causing it to snap, instead they just gently tease the hair to detangle it without pulling half of my hair out! I have noticed a significant difference in the amount of hair that has been lost when brushing my hair, it has been much less with this product. I have to section my hair in half to brush with this as I feel like the bristles are too soft to really get through the thicker part of my hair at the back so I just divide it into 2 to do. It does feel really weird having the brush in your hand as opposed to having a handle, I know they do offer this so I think this is the option I would go for next as I find it a little awkward to brush properly at the back with it being in my hand. Maybe I just have a big head? Lol. I don't think I'd ever go back now, this is the best brush I've ever had for keeping my hair healthy and I would love to see a barrel brush that I could use whilst straightening my hair.

These brushes are brilliant, great for brushing hair, getting the knots out etc. Feel good in hand, looks nice and sturdy. Can't speak to durability of this particular one as only had a few weeks, but previous one lasted a good year on thick long hair. Makes a great stocking filler. Got the bright pink which is nice and cheerful.

Great product... But a little expensive

One of the best hairbrushes I've ever used. We ended up buying another. It feels well-made and brushes smoothly. It's even comfortable to use on my curly hair which is usually brush-resistant haha! Great for detangling as advertised. I like the "thick and curly" variant best - gentle, but great for detangling.

Have used these for years, this one replaces a lost one. I've got long thick curly hair and nothing else gets through it as well as this, especially in the morning when it's extra tangled. I don't like most brushes but these don't scratch the scalp and do the job. Wouldn't use anything else.

When I first opened the box and felt the tangle teaser, I wasn't sure how well I would actually get on with it as I found it a weird shape and slightly uncomfortable in my hand. After a few brushes though, I completely understood why the brush was designed in the way it was and found it really helped with getting the brush through the tangles in my hair. The one thing that I found took a bit of getting used to is the sound that this makes as you pull it through your hair. I was convinced that it was my hair snapping off but when I check after using the brush, there are less hairs than I would normally find when brushing my hair normally so I know that this isn't breaking my hair in the way that I thought it was. I do lose a few hairs when I use this but that's quite normal when I brush my hair anyway so I don't feel that this is making breakages in my hair any worse, and in fact, it has made my hair a lot more manageable as I used to let my hair dry naturally which did sometimes leave it frizzy and unmanageable but I can quickly brush my hair through and let it dry naturally without having to spend ages combing out any tangles and knots. It has been a good buy for me as it helps with those knots and tangles that I seem to get quite frequently in my hair, especially on one side which tangles a lot. This means that rather than spending a few minutes brushing out the tangles, a few brushes through with this and my hair is tangle free. While I don't have children myself, I think that this would be perfect for young children's hair that tangles easily as it doesn't pull on the hair itself and is less painful than trying to brush out tangles.

Good hairbrush, have a few for home / gym bag / work

Dopo più di un anno, torno a recensire questa spazzola per aggiornarvi. La Tangle Teezer è una certezza, difatti nonostante il mio tipo di riccio tra il 3b e il 3c, è ancora come nuova. 🎁 Il packaging è molto accattivante, arriva nella sua confezione originale di plastica con un foglio dietro raffigurante la bandiera inglese. La fattura della spazzola è premium e le sfaccettature della plastica ricordano quasi quelle dei diamanti, per un tocco più chic. Le setole sono morbide e flessibili e di due dimensioni diverse che garantiscono efficienza anche sui nodi più stretti 🥇 Per districare è la migliore, non spezza i capelli nonostante i nodi. Risulta quindi resistente all'utilizzo ma delicata. Consiglio di utilizzare la spazzola su ogni sezione in quanto un gruppo troppo spesso di capelli non viene preso bene dalle setole e quindi duplicherebbe il tempo per districare. La presa è salda nonostante non abbia il manico e perciò è comoda da usare anche da bagnata 💆‍♀️ Consiglio, inoltre, di spazzolare i capelli (ricci) durante il tempo di posa del balsamo in modo che siano più disciplinati e di dividerli, prima di districarli, in sezioni con le mani ✅ Ovviamente l'uso non è limitato ai soli ricci, ma penso che la delicatezza della spazzola possa essere utile anche a coloro che hanno invece i capelli lisci, per un uso quotidiano 🕰️ Dopo l'uso, togliete tutti i capelli e almeno una volta alla settimana lavate la spazzola con un po' di shampoo e bicarbonato per tenerla come nuova
