Would recommend that you buy this product if you want better tasting water. It's so easy and simple to use and to refill, even to change the filters is a quick job. Money well spent. Only thing I could say is because its plastic. Apart from that 5bstars

I never bother writing reviews but we have had ours for about a week now and we are so impressed that I'm am moved to recommend buying this water filtering system to anyone. The water tastes beautiful! My husband used to buy lots of bottled water and wanted to cut down on our plastic waste. We now have glass bottles to keep some filtered water cold in the fridge and reusable water bottles to take to work. The large capacity means there is always enough water ready to use in the kettle or for cooking. After much deliberation over which Invigorated Water filter to buy I finally decided to get this model with the three filters inside. I also bought three of the add on filters. Although theree add ons cost approx. £60 they will last up to two years. As this model takes 3 large filters , they of course share the work load. One filter will last two people up to 3months, this model with the three filters working together will last up to 9months! This machine will pay for itself in a few months as it is saving us about £3.50 a week in bottled water . We were also paying about £3.50 for Britta filters every month so once this cost is also factored in, it makes this filter system very affordable. Of course the best thing about it is the amazing water, which is a treat to drink. I have never drank enough water but now I'm having 1.5-2 litres a day and feel so much better for it! Great customer service, I had several friendly emails asking if everything was ok and offering help if we needed it. We didn't need any help though as set up was easy. One small thing to mention is once the large part of the tank is filled with filtered water, don't then completely fill the top chamber with water waiting to filter. We did this and it made the water leak slowly from the top joint where the two chambers meet. This is no problem at all though... We were just over filling it so completely our fault and now we know we don't have any trouble at all. In summery this water filter does everything it claims to and will make a massive difference to our health and well being. The water filters quite quickly and the tap pressure is good, dispensing water quickly. Well worth every penny! Highly recommended! ps my husband just tested the water with a digital ph tester... Our tap water has a ph of 6.7 once filtered it tested 8.8! Fantastic!

I thought I would wait for about one month before reviewing this 3F Alkaline Water Ionizer. Its big enough to meet all the drinking water needs of my family of 4 adults. I change the water on a daily basis because I read this prevents the white bits from forming. Any leftover water is given to my alkaline loving plants. I tried putting the unit in my fridge originally but it took up too much space, and I read somewhere that drinking room temperature water is supposed to be best for you, and it is easier to fill the kettle and/or coffee maker from the counter top. I am not sure what the little black plastic thing is for on the lid, apart from reminding me when the filters were put in, or even what the latch on the inner lid is for...!I tried testing the ph of the water with one of those alkaline testing strips. It gave me a 7.5 to 8 ph. I tried my Brita filtered tap water. I got exactly the same results. Also, the drinking water tastes the same! However I did notice that in making lemon water or coffee, or even tea, It intensified the taste, which for me was a big Plus in its favour. I have not yet noticed any extra energising effect, or any loss of weight...yet...I removed one star because of the price of the unit. And if I had seen the cost of the filter refills before buying the unit, I probably would have given it a second or even third rethink!

Just to say i wish i had purchased one of these a long time ago, I followed the instructions in the book and i have to say the water is really nice no aftertaste unlike tap water and some bottled water, i have a glass kettle and i always had limescale around the inside, but know i use the PH water from the countertop filter there is NO limescale at all, this is a picture of my kettle after 12 DAYS,plus i have a sleep apnea machine with a water tank that to got scaled up, but not know i use the PH water, i would totally recommend these water dispensers. PS the 3 filter system is really quick when it filters so you do not have to wait long

Exceptional, the water taste is great and set up is simple

Really good size and handy tap flow, however if you fill near the lid and base the water leaks out when you move the filter jug!

Bought this 2nd time as new one is cheaper than 3 filters. Water taste great. Filters quickly large amounts. Enough for 4 people family
