Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930F 4G Smartphone, 32GB, Black

Love this phone! Bought this to transition myself from my old iPhone 6+ and I have zero regrets doing so. It took a little getting used to due to its smaller screen size and using Android after years of iOS however I find that the software is just as smooth and fast as iOS. The biggest selling point for me is the starting memory size and its capacity to increase memory. Definitely much more helpful than being stuck on 8GB (actually closer to around 5GB...) of memory. Still getting used to the settings of the phone as it is a little illogical to me but that's just coming from iOS. Overall great phone, great battery life, phenomenal display and camera and fantastic memory capacity.

Phone is great, works really well. Fast, responsive, good battery life. Looks sexy. Big improvement on my Samsung S5. Very happy

I like the product, I bought this to replace my last S7 which is broken. The phone arrived set to the Japaneese language. I called amazon support but feel that the agent who was helping was disappointed in my stupidity in not being able to resolve this. At one point she just kept saying update, update, update when I was asking how to do this while not being able to read the menu. I eventually resolved this by borrowing another S7 and mirroring the steps. I am disappointed that the product language was not checked before dispatch.

Brought the phone nothing but issues and problems, all cracked doesn’t charge, phone was a waste of money I’ve emailed and nothings been sorted, don’t buy this phone!

I've used a Samsung S7 for seven years. I needed a spare. Decided to get another S7 as it's a brilliant phone and is often reviewed as one of the best phones ever made. This brand new phone arrived swiftly, in original Samsung S7 packaging. Ready for use in The UK. I charged the phone and transferred my data over using smart switch. I Will store the phone until its needed. Couldn't be happier.

Arrived on time and as described. As a 2nd hand item it is unboxed, but the price reflects that and the quality was exactly as described. In use every day and working perfectly.

I have this phone since november 2017 and it is still work as the begining. The camera is very good.

Although the phone was unlocked, it came pre-installed with the Vodafone Start app which couldn't be uninstalled or even disabled (I'm on O2). It was almost as if someone had bought some Vodafone Surplus phones and unlocked them! The Start app went crazy when I installed the Sim and I had 13 messages. I'm guessing that this is something to do with the fulfilment company rather than something that Samsung do. Also, it came with a European power supply and a UK adapter which worked fine but it's a bit clumsy. Other than that it's an excellent phone but I'm taking one star off for the Vodafone thing.
