About 12 months ago I started getting symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I walk a lot at weekend out in the countryside which seems to have brought this on. About a year ago I went to an indoor inflatable park with my children and hat a bad pain in my heel. Initially I thought I'd landed heavy on it but over time (and trying lots of different things) I've figured out it was PF. I've tried rock tape, stretching, massages creams, night compression socks gel heel pads, memory foam trainers you name it. Whilst this did alleviate the problem a little it didn't take that electro shock feeling I got in my foot or painful heel with every step. I brought these after careful research and they've been a godsend since day 1. The issue appears to be in my arch causing my heel pain when my arch isn't properly supported. THIS supports that and has immediately fixed the problem. Now I have the right support I have a spring in my step and am looking forward to my hikes and a trip to Mt Snowdon later this year. You really take it for granted when you can't walk pain free. Not for me ! make sure you google the right size to cut them to shape and only wear for a few hours for the first couple of days. I'm so happy to be pain free. Thank you so much to the people who developed these. I'm going to order some for all my other pairs of shoes.

I've had plantar for nearly 3 yeas and decided it was time to try some insoles for my work boots. After reading reviews and also these were half the price of some insoles decided to get some. I used my work boot insoles as a guide and cut round the new ones. Perfect fit! First week felt uncomfortable. Presume because my foot was being slowly repositioned. This is my second week and can honestly say these have really helped. No longer in pain. Would definitely recommend.

I had Plantar Fascilitis for nearly a year and in so much pain, especially first thing in the morning where I could hardly walk at all.. I have had these in my shoes for 3 weeks and the difference is amazing. Highly recommend them.

excellent product, I'm on my feet all day, the pic is my first four days steps report. Although my feet are tired they no longer ache. I will be buying again when necessary......One year on.... I will not be without these, I have ordered my third pair now, I'm still doing about 30,000 steps per day and my feet still are fine even though I'm 54. I have only replaced them as I'm not sure how long they should last not because I they are causing me problems..... fantastic product.Update ..... Third pair in 18 months, couldn't t do without these supports

Well What can I say about these insoles I am 53 and have very flat feet and they hurt real bad can,t walk my 70 foot garden ,shopping,standing,walking my dogs, golf ,in my kitchen cooking for a long time gives me so much pain I have been limping and hoping about for two years brought expensive shoes been to the doctor and physiotherapist and no joy oh have a cried and cried got these two days ago and they are magic just fab I just can,t believe it .I have tried insole before it was like walking on a golf ball.so give them a try I will buy some more because iam swapping them from shoe to shoe must go now I am going to do some gardening

I am a nanny and I have to walk a lot every day I am not the kind of person who uses insoles but a friend recommended me to buy some and searching I came across this ones. I used this them yesterday and today and wow! My feet feel better. Thay are very confortable and it helps with the pain. I recommend them.

I have terrible trouble with a thing called Plantar Fasciitis underneath my left foot it was like getting an electric shock every time I put my foot down ,I had read the reviews on these insoles and they where so positive I felt like I had to put pen to paper on my thoughts basically they are working after only two days and I cant praise them enough my foot seems stronger and I am getting little pain , my next thing to do is to order more of these miracle workers.
