It's made up of five layers measuring 50 mm in total so each piece is approx 10 mm thick

Q: Will this fit in the tstack draw?

NO! The draws are quite a bit smaller. There are special inserts you can buy for the draws, though.

That depends on the dimensions of the sander. It might fit on its side but it's not likely
