Does what it says on label , seems to be helping me with bulking up and helps with my low iron so 2 in 1 win for me

Easy to take
This is a good supplement for protein. I eat badly and erratically, so looked for the best source of extra protein. This came top, so I bought it, didn't expect it to be so easy to take, but it is. Good od Solgar again!

I feel it strengthens my immune system
Take this to try to boost immune system...feel it does help with this...tablets are a bit large and not nice to chew so have to take with yoghurt... but otherwise a great product...have heard some spirulina can be contaminated with nasties but have had no ill effects from these so sticking with them as long as the price doesn't get silly :)

Good Quality
I would give this a 5 star but I am used to Gaia brand Spirulina which is a very small pill. Being unable to get that brand I got the Solgar (which I use for many other supplements) but the Solgar is a rather large pill, I prefer the small ones.

TOO BIG
i can take tablets until the cows come home bu my goodness these actually can make me gag , i am sure they are an excellent product but they are too big and dry so they can stick in the throat if i take them with water so i have decided to take them with my daily actimel and so they are then much easier to swallow . if you struggle with taking tablets you will struggle with these . but i am sure they will help to keep my immunity in peak condition so i do recommend them

Si vous faites au moins 40km de course par semaine, ou vous vous entraînez au moins 5 jours sur 7, voici un hyper bon supplément alimentaire qui va vous aider avec la fatigue, récupération, et plein d'autre chose. Pour moi, un triathlète et sportif de combat, c'est maintenant un "must" ...avec un régime bien équilibré bien sur :)
