Bought whilst away for weekend as certain person for their charger. Wasn't that easy to find this right combination for the computer and a borrowed plug. Did the job but only gave it 4 stars as lead is so short I can't see how else it would be convenient to use.

I have recently taken delivery of a fabulous Apple MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, the only noticeable downside (other than the incredible price) being the lack of any type of port other than USB 'C'. With every single one of my devices being based on USB 'A' I needed to find a reliable, long term solution. The Type C Adapter from CableCreation does the job perfectly. It matches the beautiful 'space grey' colour of my MacBook and it's braided so that it will bend without breaking. As a DJ, I attach numerous devices to my computer and I quickly bought a second one of these dongles once I'd tried it out. If you're looking for a high quality, low price solution to the advent of USB 'C', look no further.

This cable is of high quality. The gold plated connection, the "Space grey" colour matched my MacBook really well. However, USB 3.0 uses 2.4gz frequency. This causes issues with the Wi-Fi connection of the cable isn't properly isolated. So this cable/adaptor isn't suitable. It's great quality! Anything other then the latest MacBook I'm sure it's useable, but due to the design of MacBook Pro 2016, just buy the Belkin cables.
