Good supplements combination.
Good combination of supplements. Took it every alternate day with my breakfast and then paused it for 1 week and resume the cycle. That tablet size is slightly big.

Lovely sized bottle, will last ages and Solgar is a great brand for supplements, but the tablets are absolutely huge so if you have trouble swallowing tablets probably not for you

Good date and seem to be good.
Seem to be helping, so seem to be what they say they are.Tablets are huge though and hard to swallow. Price has gone up alot since last bought! Will be looking elsewhere next time if not back to £7!
