Update October 2018: Still buying, still loving Update May 2018: Really like this product, it’s our 4th purchase and still no complaints. EPA is the only proven part of omega-3’s to make a difference on arthritis and this is packed full of it. Also, they have been independently verified by an outside lab as to the contents which is above and beyond what 95% of supplement companies do. Also, this a great quality product that you could use for your pets as a natural supplement from coat and skin health to arthritis! Just puncture and squeeze on their food, or give them a capsule. See you veterinarian for dosing. Will still have some fish burps, like all fish oil supplements in my opinion. But when taken before a full meal, don’t have any fishy burps. All around super happy, especially with the price!

I switched to this product from a liquid product for two reasons. It's in softgel form so much easier portability and storage, and far greater DHA & EPA per dosage (double) for the price compared to the liquid fish oil I've been using for a long time. I was taking the liquid product because of the omega 3 dosage level for the price and better absorption. Because the product was out of stock one day, I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try because of all the things noted above. It was a busy time around this time so there were days in between when I would take the product and on the days when I took the full dosage, there was some kind of "noticeable" effect that came over me that I only determined was due to the product because it was on those "on" days when I took the daily dose that I would have that same "feeling". Now that I take the product with more regularity, I don't have that "noticeable" feeling anymore but just remembering that sensation was enough for me to switch over. I will point out that the softgel is big. Bigger than most supplements I've ever taken. Three softgels is one dose and they're so big that I swallow them one at a time.

I have been buying this fish oil for a while. However I was surprised to receive a smaller bottle with same amount of pills(120). I noticed that’s the amount of omega 3 went down from 3,600 mg to 2160 mg Epa and Dha is also less. The photo shown doesn’t mention this. Disappointed.

Fish oil is so incredible. When combined with other anti inflammatory supplements, and prescription NSAIDs it simply magnifies the effect. It also works wonders on triglyceride reduction. There are articles which question the value of such supplements, however, if you read carefully - the hedging - the careful disclaimers - is absurd. They often state, it can be taken when a person has already had their first heart attack, but who in their right mind wants to risk that? They say it reduces very significantly certain types of heart attacks, but not other types - well, it seems to be good enough for a variety of positive health effects, and if it reduces a whole category of heart attack, then that's pretty impressive. This supplement has no bad flavor, and I've had no bad experiences with it. Good price too.

I have been using these supplements for over six months. My skin and hair look better and I really notice a different in my energy if I fail to take them early in the day. There is no after taste, no stomach upset or burping associated witht hese gel caps. I highly recommend them as an Omega 3 supplement!

Very good product, my studies report a slight down on Triglycerides. Not that make me satisfied my bad cholesterol still need help. This is not miracle cure for Triglycerides/cholesterol It helps a little but it won't be enough to take you out of statins, in fact you will need statins even more since your LDL cholesterol will go up. I have seen at least one study that shows EPA while it will help with triglycerides it will also increase your LDL cholesterol, One thing to notice, check your cholesterol readings BEFORE you start your regime and GIVE TIME to Omega oil to build in your system and test again then and only then Draw your own conclusions. The gold standard study for high cholesterol (Called the Yamamoto study) advice all doctors that any patient with barely high cholesterol must be in statins in order to avoid coronary problems, (none of the studies reflect the depletion of COQ10 or the affection in lowering Testosterone levels though) so after heavy load of EPA you still need to stay on diet, exercise and Statins. Still feels good to know this give you some help.
