Ernie Ball Regular Slinky Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings - 10-46 Gauge

Put these on my second-hand SG and the difference was night and day. The old ones were dull and rough — these felt smoother straight away and brought the guitar back to life. Brighter sound, better feel, and more comfortable to play. They’re the usual bright silver nickel colour, look clean on the guitar, and have a nice even finish. The 10–46 gauge is just right for standard tuning — not too stiff, not too light — and they’ve held tuning well after a bit of stretching. Easy upgrade. I’ll buy them again.

Great action and feel

Great strings, easy to use. Good feel. Pretty durable so far put on to a shecter diamond series. Good functionality with warm and bright tones.

I’m not particularly sore on strings but I always keep a stock of these as back ups. Admittedly they’re not my primary choice and I love the Paradigm strings but they are a good option to throw on in a bind and are cheap in comparison. They last a fair amount of time but depending on how much you play you’ll want to swap them after a while because they do (like all strings) get a bit dull sounding. The foil packaging always ensures they come out the pack in pristine condition though unlike some other brands.
