Worth every penny
Use sparingly to bring basque flavours to your cooking. I add to ratatouille, Mexican food (yes! Really!), and a myriad of other dishes. A tiny pinch goes a long way.Small jar and expensive, but let's be honest here, if you're browsing for expelette in the UK you're going to pay through the nose. Even in France outside of the region it's expensive.
