Easy to swallow!
The capsules are light and easy to swallow. The results were soon felt, my joints are less painful again. I have purchased other glucosamine which has been almost impossible to swallow as the tablet was so rough

Very slow process
Works slowly so would have to take it for at least 6 weeks to see and feel a noticeable difference. Still a good product.

High quality, great ingredients
I first took this supplement a year or so ago when I had a painful knee condition. It seemed to have an almost miraculous, immediate effect and I used it for a couple of months. I am taking it again, more as a preventative. Containing copper, as well, seems to make it more effective than other brands. I have never had the crippling condition again, only get pain with jogging but do strengthening exercises on knees, as well.
