I couldn’t use estrogen after my surgery and this helped me so much. I was absolutely miserable until I found this product. It did take and few weeks to get completely into my system. I’m 2 1/2 years post menopause and I still take this daily. It is worth the money everything it helped with. Hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue were all relieved by this!

I switched to this Estroven from the Estroven complete Multi Symptom (Magenta) colored box. I must say this made a huge difference in my night sweats and hot flashes. I don't know if it's the Ashwagandha or what? The Multi Symptom in the Magenta colored box stopped working for me, and I said I would try this one for one month while also seeking out possible HRT options in the interim. I've only taken them for a week and noticed a significant difference. Now, I was expecting these to take a couple of weeks to start working, but they started working in a couple of days. I don't know if it's because there was no break in between these and the Magenta box colored ones or not. They will not stop your symptoms completely, just reduce them enough to allow you to function without being miserable.

I love this stuff! It seriously saved me. I was literally hopping out of bed like a crazy person multiple times a night because the hot flashes and night sweats had me feeling like I was being cooked from the inside out. It took about a week and a half to two weeks for it to start working but I’m feeling so much better now. Thr ashwaganda definitely helps with sleep and with the mood swings. Just get it!!

While this helped me with menopausal symptoms it also caused me stomach issues. My dr said it was the ashwaganda so if you have a sensitive tummy you may want the one without that.

Very helpful for symptoms, they don't go away 100% but are much improved and makes it worth it.

I started taking these about a year after I entered peri-menopause and getting hot flashes. They worked for me for a couple of years. Easy to take/swallow, no stomach upset or any other side effects to report. The main ingredient is a rhubarb extract that is sourced from Germany and backed by real studies that showed it greatly reduced hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms in women. I'm not sure the level of ashwagandha added to this formula had any effect as the concentration was so low. However, I found that taking a capsule at nighttime seemed to slow down the frequency of my hot flashes or on most nights, stop them altogether. After a couple of years of relying on Estroven's various formulas, all of them stopped working for me, unfortunately. I attribute it to the dip in my estrogen level getting really low. I started on an HRT cream almost a year ago and it has worked wonders for me. However, if you are looking to try an affordable natural supplement instead of HRT I do highly recommend trying Estroven and experimenting with a few of their formulas to find one that may work for you, at least in the short term.

After I entered the menopause phase in my life I decided to not use traditional medicine because of the side effects so I opted for these pills that I knew were much better for me. I have more energy now, My sleep quality is better than before and I haven’t gained any weight which is part of going through the change of life. There’s no smell or taste to them and you only need one small capsule per day! It’s a game changer for me and I’m 70 years old!!
