I have been using Metamucil for years. Fiber & Collagen Peptides & have worked great for digestion & joint structures. It has good taste, mixes well with water & a quality product. Nice packaging too.

Twofer!
I was taking collagen regularly but needed to add the fiber. I love the ease of the combined product. Mixed with vanilla protein powder and cold cold water it becomes like a Creamsicle.

What a difference
What a difference! I feel much better and no more bloating or discomfort. It will likely take a bit longer to see what the effects from the collagen will be. Notably - I don’t eat as much because I feel full longer. I mix this with a bit of orange juice, a handful of frozen raspberries and 1/2 packet of frozen smoothie fruit and blend it and it makes a nice smoothie. I can’t drink it in water. It’s a bit much that way.
