Q: does it have a removable bottom for removing the cake easily?

Hi Mrs T.P. Yes ... it is two pieces .. you push it little bit to help releasing the inner layer. But I wish that these 3 stands are longer because the cake sometimes rises above their height. If you are making Chiffon cake you will need soft plastic spatula to separate the sides without any breaking to the cake then lift the tin from middle and it is easy to deal with the rest. ..

I have never had this problem. May be your recipe is too runny and not suitable for the pan. You need to use a chiffon cake recipe.

It's for making chiffon cake, it works well when you use the correct amount of cake mix

yes they are better because the idea behind the legs is while the cake is upside down cooling gravity is pulling the cake downwards,so you do not lose any of the rise on the cake, helping to keep it light and fluffy. hope this helps.
