Awful cheap product
Almost had to go to casualty as got part of the earbud stuck in my ear. Radio doesn't work, unit doesn't take iTunes and it feels like it will fall apart any second

Love these and use them 4-5 times a week.Had them a couple of months now.They are comfy, fit well the sound quality is good.Quick to charge.I have only listened to radio so not sure how easy it is to download music, but I would recommend these and would buy again
