Professor Fuzzworthy's Beard SHAMPOO with All Natural Oils From Tasmania Australia - 120gm

The best beard wash/shampoo I've tried yet, and I've tried a few. As someone else commented, it cleans your beard so well that you can hear a squeak as your fingers pass over your clean beard. I can even see traces of the previous day's beard treatments around the plughole of the sink when I pull the plug! I pass the bar once down the beard on my two cheeks (one direction only) and then massage with my fingers to produce loads of great smelling suds. It leaves my beard feeling clean and soft with a nice amount of volume. No dryness. As others have said, it may seem a little pricey, but I'm sure it is going to last ages, so it will prove very economical in the long run.

I discovered this shampoo by accident in May 2017 after trying many different brands for my lengthening beard. I liked it so much I've been buying a block each time it runs out ever since. £19.99 might seem expensive but a quick cost analysis of my Amazon orders over that time period works out at about £2.59 a month which is a bit of a bargain for something that works so well. Follow the simple instructions and your beard will be looking beautiful in no time. Always lathers up well right until the last sliver and smells great without being overpowering. Doesn't dry out my skin like other soaps and shampoos have done. I nearly always follow up with a Bearded Man Company Sandalwood beard oil and the combo of scents seems quite complimentary. I rinse mine off and keep it in a small square airtight tupperware box between washes which seems to keep it in great condition throughout it's whole life. Just ordered another one :-)

Had to give this ago for 3 reasons. First, with a name like that it must be a good wash and second the ingredients list. This also came recommenced by a friend. Its smaller than I expected ( the picture of the man on the box is about the size of a passport photo) but I only needed to rub this over my wet beard twice to get it lathered up enough for a decent wash so hoping for the price it will last a while. The smell is great and leaves a really clean feel. Be prepared to do a lot of beard stroking after! *Update to my original review - Bought this beginning of April and now writing this beginning of August. I now have a tiny little cube left so will be ordering this again. Great product for a daily washes and last for ages. Smells great too. And my beard is noticeably thicker. This could be the shampoo or the fact I haven't be able to get to the barbers for months. Would recommend this product.

I have had my beard for years and have tried way more products then I care to think about. Professor Fuzzworthy is like nothing else I have ever used, this beard wash is unbelievable. The lather is remarkable, I just wipe it across my beard once then lather it in and it really lather so you don't need alot. Ladies and gentlemen, if you don't give this to your better half or just want a treat like I did, you will not be disappointed. This is most likely better then sliced bread. The price is not even something to question, it is way more worth it at this price then other products on the market. Purchase this and you will most definitely be the love of your bearded partner

This product is lovely, only takes a couple of rubs on the wet beard to lather up and smells lovely, I will buy again once it’s done. Highly recommended.

I've grown my beard for almost 5 years and in that time I've had and tried alot of products who claim to be better than everyone else on the market. However with this product, I can say that I'm very much happy to continue to use this, not only does it get rid of the daily grime but it feels softer, lighter and you don't have to use it that much for the soap to turn into bubbly heaven 😅 literally dab the bar on the beard and boom, you're covered in soap, love it. It's good buy for me, and I will buy another one in a few months! Oh, the smell is nice too..

This product is very good and leaves the beard fresh and soft, my skin feels great afterwards. There are two reason why this is a good product and not excellent. 1. The cube is about 5cm in all dimensions. The problem is after you get through the first 1cm or so, it becomes rubbish. Really its the first few layers which are actually good. After that it just becomes like regular soap and pretty much useless. 2. Because of point 1, the price isnt really good value for me. Id be happy to pay say... £5-7 for it but £20 is very steep for something that only works 20% of the time.

I've tried more beard shampoo products than I care to mention, and this is one of the best I've had. It's a little more work to handle and you'll need a good quality soap dish to keep it in, personally I've used a lush metal tin whicb was excellent but not quite big enough. The product gives a fantastic finish and doesn't leave a huge amount of scent behind a good quality shampoo especially for longer grisly beards. The product will last very well meaning its value for money is excellent, especially again for those of us with the need to waste 4+ times a week, its not too harsh and combined with a good condition every week will have your beard being the envy of shaven men everywhere. I'd recommend it and will purchase again the best competitor I have found is twice the cost and lasts half the time, its a good product at an awesome price.

I have been growing my beard for the past 6 months, which I believe is the longest it's ever been (nothing impressive, but quite thick). I regularly used the same shampoos and conditioners that I used on my head, but my beard always felt brittle and coarse. With a quick google search, I realized there was a whole world of beard products that I had never known about. This is an excellent, gentle shampoo that lathers into a rich wash for the face fur. The smell is a little unusual, and the "woodsy" description sounds appropriate. However, I quite like the scent, but it doesn't seem to remain after rinsing, so it's really not an issue either way. After rubbing the bar on my face, I will give my beard a good rubbing with these tree-cutting, fly-fishing, bear wrestling weapons that I call hands. After rinsing, my beard feels cleaner than ever. Make sure not to stop there though. Get yourself a good conditioner and/or beard oil/wax to make sure you're achieving your maximum manly potential. Think it's manly to have an all-natural, unkempt, untreated brillo pad filled with tasty morsols of food on your face? You're wrong. It's 2014. You're not a bum. You're a man. I bought this one month ago, and there's still enough to last me easily another month, maybe two. Granted, I only use it a few times a week, so if you plan on using it daily it may not last as long for you. However, I've noticed that where I leave it seems to degrade it more than my actual use. It resides on a shower caddy under my showerhead, and while the water doesn't drip onto it directly, I'm sure it catches some splashes at least. The bottom of the shampoo bar takes the shape of the grate it rests on, so I know I'm losing a little bit of longevity out of it from my placement. I recommend not doing that :) First beard-specific shampoo I've tried. I'm so happy with it though, that it may be the last. Disclaimer: Using it once will not make you look like that dapper gentleman seen pictured on the box with a raging heart of untamed fire and computer-defeating chess-champion intellect. But your partner may think so, and that's mildly important.

I wish the soap had a bit more fragrance but can still smell it’s scent when I run my hands through my beard. Lasts a long while too depending on how much you use. Feel it’s added to my beard density as well.

Leaves my beard clean and soft. I was a bit apprehensive about bar soap, but this is great!
