These thin plastic Fresnel (pronounced freh-NELL in case you didn't know) are my emergency backup in my wallet in case I forget my reading glasses. Are they as good as reading glasses? No, I don't have to hold my glasses when I am reading. Are they good in a pinch so you can read a receipt? You betcha!They are inexpensive and plastic and go great in a wallet. If you loose one, no biggee you have 11 more.

Wallet sized. I hand them out to students needing vision accomodation prior to tests. I also keep one in my wallet. Good magnification with little distortion.

They help when reading directions or labels in stores. Make sure to keep the protective sleeves. They scratch up pretty easily if you put them in a wallet or leave them laying on a table. They do come in protective sleeves however so keep them and use them to make the lenses last as long as possible.

We are always forgetting our reading glasses. Easy to càrry in purse. My husband forgot his reading glasses in doctors office and I gave him one of these little magnifiers. He then put it in his billfold and said he really likes it. Have given to relatives when out to eat to read the menus. So small and easy to càrry. Just love.

I gave two of these to hubby for Christmas and put one in my purse. He put his in his wallet...and he is in love with them. He is so excited to be able to pull one out and see all the tiny print on items. We also discussed that if someone sees him using one that he could just give one to them as we have more.
