These are helping me to stop smoking.

I used to smoke one pack a day and decided to start with a 1mg lozenge as I tried the 4mg ones and they made me feel utterly dizzy. I find that 1mg lozenges are the most efficient way to stop cigarette cravings as: i) you can take up to 3 or 4 in the same hour if you have high cravings - usually linked to circumstances where you were used to smoking such as socializing, stressful presentation at work, after meals. But in normal times where your cravings are not as high, you can take the 1mg every two hours or so or whenever a craving starts. 1mg is therefore a lot more flexible than the higher nicotine-dosage lozenges. ii) i’ve tried vaping and the vapour / smoke / flavour you get is so different from smoking a cigarette that it doesn’t stop my cravings AND it is not helping with stopping the “smoking gesture” habit. On the contrary, nicotine patches are very hard to start to stop smoking as although they remove the nicotine craving, you still need some kind of gesture associated so that you don’t miss it as much. Lastly, gums are not very good for your stomach as they create digestive acids which can turn into heartburn if you take a lot of gums in the same day. Which leaves us with the lozenge option: you get a gesture of having something in your mouth plus the nicotine intake, which is perfect for me!

I actually never right reviews, but these really do work. Help reduce cravings and our super discreet, patches always fall off so gave up with them and have just been using these. I mean just ordered second packet.
