Hard to argue with something that looks good - which I appreciate is subjective - costs less than 30 quid and is decently made as well. This tap even comes with long flexible tails as well, making fitting of it a doddle.Quality is pretty good. Not particularly heavyweight, but reasonable. The handle operates smoothly with a nice feel to it and the valve is a ceramic one so no forcing it down to make a seal on a rubber washer.It comes neatly packaged in cut out foam filled box that gives the impression of far higher priced items.Overall, honestly its a steal at the price if this is the kind of thing you want.

It's cheap, looks ok but the installation instructions are diabolical. Don't use the instructions! Whilst holding the tap above the aperture of the sink: 1. Screw in one tail into the body; don't overtighten but do use a suitable pair of pliers. 2. Thread all other components through the other tail and push this tail through your sink|basin hole. 3 screw this tail into the body whilst it's loose above the basin. 3 then screw in the metal collar into the body. 4 lower the body onto the basin and screw on the large retaining nut, the plastic one. 5 tighten but again don't over tighten; make sure the tap sits solidly onto the basin. 6 now connect the tails to the water outlet. The tails don't have any marking indicating hot \cold so ensure you connect the left one to hot tight to cold; the UK way! With taps costing 5x as much you'll get decent instructions, marked tails and probably some tools. Good luck.

Beware. Don’t buy this. Only 1 month return policy. No way to complain about faulty product or send for replacement. Tap only lasted 3 days and started to lea. Cannot be accessed as the flex hoses are factory fitted. Don’t buy

Considering this tap cost less than £20, first impressions were good. It feels substantial, looks good and has a nice finish. It is easy enough to install. However the item description doesn't state that it is not suitable for low pressure water systems. In my application, the cold water feed is mains pressure and the tap flow was a reasonable 6 litres per minute. However, my hot water feed was is low pressure (about 0.25 bar) and the tap could only manage about 2 litres per minute, which is poor.It should also be noted that there is some contradiction between the item description and the accompanying images. The image implies the supplied tap tails are 500mm long with G 3/8" fittings. In fact they are UK standard 1/2"BSP fittings, but are only 400mm long.

Looks great, easy to install, quality is good and can't complain for the price!
