Just ordered my 2nd bottle i do not think i would go without this anymore.. You must really try to believe it but, since i have been taking this i do not get that monthly period cramp and dull headache sometimes i forget im about to due on. Brilliant for skin as well..! I was skeptic at first, but this product worked surprisingly well for me! I am 20 years old, but I could both feel and see a noticeable difference in my skin after only a week of using the pills. My skin looked smoother and felt great! It worked so well that several of my friends even commented on how my skin had improved (most noticeable was my face and hands). One thing I would definitely recommend is drinking a lot of water when taking the pills (as is suggested on the box).

I highly recommend these capsules, they have helped me tremendously with my aches & pains, having had a lower fifth disc removedwhen I was twenty eight years old . You swop one pain for another, with that type of operation.They also keep me pain free ,so I can exercise, live a normal life etc... I must also say, that my skin looks fantastic, I am sixty plus, or so everybody tells me, thank you for such a great product.

Wouldn't normally write a review!This is a good product, no complaints. I have only been taking two in the evening for the past couple of months as opposed to the recommended 3 a day - one after each meal, partly because I'm not disciplined enough for that! But I still have noticed improvements in my skin, I look less tired and my hair feels so soft these days!
