Better than Xylitol and completely calorie free- not good for baking
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using NKDLiving’s erythritol alongside their xylitol for a while now, and while both have their place, this one has become my go-to for oral health. Erythritol is completely calorie-free, which is a big plus if you’re watching sugar intake but don’t want artificial sweeteners. It looks just like sugar and tastes very similar, with no weird aftertaste, but like xylitol, it doesn’t have that sticky quality you need for proper baking. It doesn’t hold things together or caramelise the way sugar does, so I wouldn’t rely on it for recipes where texture matters.Where it really shines is in dental health. I started using it in a homemade mouth rinse just a bit dissolved in water, swished after brushing and the results have been great. It leaves my mouth feeling noticeably cleaner, and I’ve had less plaque build-up since I started. I now mix erythritol with xylitol to get the combined benefits, but personally, I find erythritol even more effective for my teeth on its own. I put half an teaspoon each into a pint of water and just use that to rinse my mouth after meals! The 1kg bag is good value and lasts ages, especially if you’re using small amounts daily for oral care. Like xylitol, it’s also safe for blood sugar levels and doesn’t spike insulin. Just remember it can have a mild cooling effect when eaten, which is normal.Overall, an excellent option if you’re focused on dental health, and combining it with xylitol gives you the best of both worlds. I don’t feel any side effects either like stomach ache or nausea.

Great Sugar Alternative with No Aftertaste!
I’ve been using NKD Living 100% Natural Erythritol as a sugar replacement, and it’s been fantastic! It’s a granulated, zero-calorie sweetener that works perfectly in all my baking and beverages. The best part is that it has no aftertaste, which is something I’ve struggled with when trying other sugar substitutes. This erythritol has a similar sweetness to sugar, making it easy to swap it into recipes without compromising the taste. I’ve used it in everything from coffee to cookies, and it performs just like regular sugar. The 1 kg bag is a great size and lasts a long time, making it cost-effective for those who use sugar alternatives regularly. If you’re looking for a natural, zero-calorie sugar replacement, I highly recommend NKD Living Erythritol. It’s a great option for anyone following a low-carb or keto diet, and I love that it’s 100% natural with no hidden ingredients.

Fantastic product (not a clue how to pronounce it though)
This is a by product of the most famous drink in the world 2 works both start with C, anyway as a diabetic its perfect as its zero calories, zero carbs, 70% as sweet as sugar and granulated so you can use it in cooking as well. I have used erythritol for years now for basically everything i use to use sugar for and used quite a few brand names, i specifically tend to use the Naked Living brand now for the resealable packet and its price which are both good, as others mentioned zero after taste and zero side effects (there's a zero theme going on here).Great product and a great brand.

Is it the best zero calorie sugar alternative?
I have used this for a while now, and I can say that it's the best zero calorie alternative to sugar, with no obvious side affects at my usage levels. There is a but however, it's expensive at first. I say at first because you will need to double the amount you would normally use with sugar. The product information states that it has 70% the sweetness of sugar, but I would say that its more likely about 50% and this stuff is about 800% more expensive, so I'll let you do the math on that. After a time you will be able to reduce the amount just like you would when weening yourself off sugar. It has a very slight caramel smell and taste to it, but you soon get used to it.The other alternative I use is xylitol based sweetener, it does have calories though but very low, but used sensibly use can still have all the benefits, it has sweeter taste than this, probably about 75% that of sugar. I have used both for some time and the benefits in using them as a sugar substitute is enormous. Try them, if you get on with them you won't turn back, once settled in start to gradually reduce the intake of these to as low as possible.
