I bought 2 Jabra 5T connect , one was faulty with hissing noise from left earbud, fully refunded by Amazon-customer service was great. Other pair works as expected, both in quite and noisy environments.App is great for customisation. Connectivity with laptop not always automatic, however once connected works fine. Fit/size is great.

I've been a Jabra fan for a while, having had the Elite 75t for several years with no issues. I purchased the connect 5t to be able to use both buds in singular mode, allowing me to swap from right to left bud during long calls, which was the only fault I had with the 75t. This feature alone is worth swapping the earbuds in spite of any minor niggles I had. The wireless charging on the 5t is fantastic and a bonus I was not initially looking for. My only gripe with the connect 5t is the earbud fit is slightly larger than the 75t, and does not slide into the ear as easily. TBF, this is a small niggle, not a big problem. I primarily use the buds on public transport for personal listening, or for calls at work. Jabra buds have always been fantastic for calls, and the 5t's do not disappoint. Call quality has been better with the 5t's than the 75t's. With the 75t's I had an issue with multipoint connections, when terminating 1 call to go immediately onto another, the buds would sometimes go into mute mode without any way to unmute. I worked around this by docking the buds after each call and re-connecting on joining the new call. With the connect 5t I have not encountered this problem at all. On music listening (remember, public transport), I noticed the ANC is not as good on the 5t's as it was on the 75t's as bus and train noises which previously were excluded are now heard, though somewhat muted. ANC on 75t is a software addition (I know this as I had the 75t with no ANC initially and updated firmware to get this). AFAIK, ANC on later Jabra models (85t onwards) was always hardware, so I'd have expected that to work better. Not a big issue for me, I rarely use ANC as I'm more interested in battery life. YMMV though. Also when listening to music with earbuds in 'off' mode (non-hearthrough and non-ANC), more noise gets through than on the 75t. This _may_ be due to the earbud fit, and not enough of a distraction to bother me. Again YMMV. Regarding battery life, all I can say is I've had no issue so far BTW, do NOT use the silicon from other earbuds. I was passing the 75t's on, so rather than disinfect the earbud silicons, I thought I'd keep the silicon from the 75t's for the new buds and give the earbud fittings from the new earbuds. 1. the 75t silicon came off the 5t's in my ear, needing a tweezer extraction. 2. the 5t silicons will not fit those from the 75t. I'm not sure if this is across the board, silicon fittings are specific to make/model of buds, or it's just the particular buds here, maybe 75t connector is particularly large, or 5t's is particularly small!

had some issues setting these up correctly as to set the customised levels you have to use the app on a phone but my primary use is PC. after i got through that all worked well and pairs with 2 devices simultaneously. would recommend

If you want to hear the noise cancelling mechanism in your ear. I'd buy these. Otherwise I think Jabra headsets are going down hill. I've used them for more than 4 years and had no issues. Suddenly multiple sets (ordered via amazon resellers/jabra) failing. Hopefully they give their quality control teams more money to intercept manufacturing issues.

The Jabra in ear buds came beautifully presented in lovely packaging. 😁👍 The in ear buds look absolutely amazing. Very classy. They are very comfortable to wear. Feels like not wearing them😍 The whole set which includes Jabra headset, a case, charger cable, silicon changeable tips and wireless charger is highly quality made and durable. It’s very easy to connect Bluetooth and use the app. The app is easy to use and you can personalise to your liking. 😍👍 What I’m mega impressed with it that via the app you can choose to have white noise of your choice instead of listening to music 🎶. Noise masking is works without being connected to a phone so great if you want focus without music playing 😁 be aware this only works if you have active noise cancellation active on the settings via app I like that it has a equaliser 🤩👍 also like that you can listen through instead of removing the buds when having a conversation 🤩😎 I have tested the Jabra buds on public transport and WOW 🤩 I’m so impressed with how just listening to white noise blocked out a lot of people chatting on the bus 🤩👏 So because of the built in white noise these are now my favourite 🤩 I’ve tested while walking around in busy built up areas and can confirm they effectively block out external noise 😁👍 Wearing the buds will make you feeling like your comfortably in your own peaceful bubble is so lovely 😊 I have tested the sound quality and I’m delighted with it 😁👍 very crisp clear audio. Lovely deep bass. I tested with all different genres of music 🎶 gets my approval 100% The buds are perfect for phone calls and perfect for listening to music 🎶 📱 They are definitely value for money due to having a built in white noise machine that works more effectively due to being in the ear👂 I highly recommend. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Wahrscheinlich die besten Earbuds die ich bisher hatte. Der Sound ist bestens geeignet für die Wiedergabe von Stimmen (Calls etc.) aber auch absolut in Ordnung für Musik. Das ANC rauscht zwar ganz leicht, filtert dafür aber super Störgeräusche wie z.B. meine sehr laute Klimaanlage heraus. Gespräche im Hintergrund werden gedämpft, aber nicht vollständig herausgefiltert. Am besten gefällt mir, dass man zwei Geräte gleichzeitig verbinden kann. So kann man auch per Jabra App auf dem Smartphone alle Einstellungen vornehmen, während man sie am PC nutzt. Die drahtlose Ladestation ist ebenfalls super für den Schreibtisch. Der Tragekomfort ist okay, erst nach ca. 4 Stunden wird es für mich etwas unangenehm und ich muss eine kurze Pause machen. Der Preis ist mit aktuell 125 Euro etwas hoch, aber vorher hatte kurz ich welche für 100 Euro und die waren richtig schlecht. Bin also insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann die Earbuds klar weiterempfehlen!

Auriculares in-ear con soporte bluetooth 5.2 (y anteriores), muy cómodos y con una buena calidad de sonido. En la caja encontramos los auriculares, el estuche de carga, 2 pares de almohadillas adicionales en tamaño pequeño y grande (los auriculares llevan instaladas las de tamaño medio), un cable USB-C para cargar la caja, y el cargador inalámbrico. Los auriculares tienen buen tacto, se notan de calidad sólo con tocarlos, son muy ligeros y se ajustan bien sin que se caigan. Hay que ver qué almohadilla se te ajusta mejor, a mi me resulan muy cómodos con las que vienen instaladas, no se caen y ofrecen una cancelación de ruido pasiva, bastante buena. Los auriculares son resistentes al sudor y a salpicaduras de agua, con calificación IP55, por lo que son aptos para usar mientras corres, en el gimnasio, etc... aunque inicialmente se promocionan más para trabajar, debido a la calidad del audio y los 6 micrófonos, pero son un poco todo terreno. Soportan bluetooth 5.2 y se pueden conectar con hasta 6 dispositivos, 2 de ellos simultáneos. También se pueden usar en modo de un sólo auricular. Los que menos me gusta son los controles, que en este caso no son táctiles, si no que cada auricular cuenta con un botón físico. Por lo demás el control es sencillo y mediante diferente número de pulsaciones podemos controlar todo, incluso la cancelación de ruido. La mayoría de los controles se pueden reconfigurar a nuestro gusto desde la app "Jabra Sound+". La cancelación de ruido funciona muy bien, y podemos desactivarla, activarla para que elimine ruidos, o activar el modo de escucha de ambiental (hear through), en el que amplifica lo que suena alrededor. Ambos modos funcionan muy bien en mi opinión. El modo "hear through" es configurable desde la app "Jabra Sound+". La duración de la batería es excelente. Tienen hasta 7 horas de autonomía, y el estuche de carga proporciona 21 horas adicionales, aunque la duración de la batería es muy dependiente del volúmen y de si se activa o no la cancelación de ruido. Para cargar los auriculares, simplemente hay que meterlos en la caja de carga. La carga es bastante rápida, y con apenas 10 minutos de carga, da para una hora de autonomía en los auriculares. La carga de la caja de carga se peude hacer mediante cable USB-C o de forma inalámbrica con el cargador inalámbrico incluido. La calidad del sonido es bastante buena, tanto a la hora de escuchar música, como durante llamadas, y sonido limpio. Flaquea un poco con los bajos incluso ecualizando, y con el volúmen, que sin ser bajo, no es excesivamente potente. En este sentido creo que sí están más pensados para trabajar que para escuchar música. El sonido de tu voz en las llamadas también se escucha nítido y muy natural, nada metálico como es habitual si unos auriculares no tienen calidad. El sonido además podemos configurarlo a nuestro gusto mediante la app "Jabra Sound+", con la que podemos ver el estado de la batería, leer el manual, cambiar el modo de cancelación de ruido, actualizar el firmware de los auriculares, ecualizar, etc... es muy completa e intuitiva. Soportan los codecs SBC y aptX, no hay ningún tipo de retardo preciable durante la reproducción de vídeos, o en videollamadas, todo va perfectamente sincronizado. Muy buenos auriculares, con algún aspecto mejorable y a un precio bastante competitivo. El firmware es actualizable, así que seguramente vayan añadiendo mejoras de vez en cuando, ya que es un modelo totalmente nuevo y siempre hay cosas que mejorar.
