I received a router for christmas with the standard base but needed a sub-base that allowed me to use collars for working around jigs and templates. These worked perfectly. all I had to do was remove the standard and screw in this sub base and I was in business.

The screw holes don’t line up properly and the base plate ends up off center causing the bit to not track properly unless you keep the same side continuously in contact with the edge of a jig
