Perfect tool for the job, well worth the cost
I watched a couple Youtube videos that suggested alternate ways to get the spring seal off our washer, and it looked a bit like they struggled. After watching the video I assumed the dedicated tool must be really expensive, but this was very affordable and made the process completely painless.It was actually kinda satisfying to use a tool that worked so perfectly for its intended job.

One use tool that is invaluable
LG washer was leaking out the front, the drain hole was clogged as the door gasket was not compromised. In order to access the drain hole a wire clamp with a spring needs to be removed. Now I tried it and a more skilled person could probably accomplish this task with 2 flat head screw drivers, but I kept slipping. This tool expands the spring easily allowing for a quick and easy re-installation of the clamp. Now I can keep my washer in good shape by cleaning that drain often.

It works just fine
It got the job done. I have LG washer and it got both outer and inner spring rings out no problem so I could wash rubber seal. It is totally hand made with questionable welds but still strong. It works great
