No I just bought it because I don't have a tub

How do you tell which scent is which? They aren’t labeled.

Mine came with no sheet. Scents & descriptions are on back of the box, but not which tablet is which. You obviously don’t want a “sleep” scent in the morning, or a “mood boosting” before bed.

How long will the shower steamers last?

1 shower per steamer in my experience

Do you just place it on the shower floor?

I returned them since I didn’t like the scent, but shower steamers are just placed on the shower floor out of the direct spray of water (and out of your way, so you don’t trip on them).
