Q: Can i use the Blackstone stainless steel spatulas & chopper scraper & not scratch the surface?

Yes you can you can even use a knife and cut directly on the surface. Our tops are made of cold rolled steel

Q: How do you season the griddle?

I use flaxseed oil. Do it at least three times to start then maintain it after each use. I recommend you YouTube it if you're confused. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE YOU USE YOUR GRIDDLE.

Q: Considering the 22" Blackstone Griddle. What is in the box...???

Mine came equipped with the base a grill top and a fitting for a small canister. Mine was a 17 inch can't say what a 22 would have.

Q: Do you recommend getting the hard cover?

Not sure. I don’t have one on my griddle and not planing on getting one either. I cook uncovered anyway and for storage I use the soft cover.
