Out of the many many smart locks I have tried… this one is by far the simplest to install, quite frankly I’m surprised how well it works and fast and easy it was to install and set up. The lock is also very responsive and fast, fairly simple to understand both mechanically and technologically. Only complaint is the size of it; it is fairly massive.

Great product easy to use but very hard to install. If you are using with key takes some time to install and calibrate

the product is very good and you can adjust it to fit your door lock, but it’s not support Tuya Smart App and if you are away of a house, you need a bridge adapter that also not supporting by Tuya Smart App.the product has different app, so it’s not compatible with other Tuya products

I liked the idea of not making any permanent fix on the door. Ideal for rental places. Highly recommended.

Used it for 3 months now and it keep getting jammed, I have to recalibrate it every other day. Worse thing is in a urgent matter when I go out I have to spend extra time to recalibrate the lock. This item had been used before selling it to me for few weeks and in the log hx it's clearly visible how defective it was.
