When bottle was opened, there was good amount of powder. At careful checking, I found some capsules damaged & opened making the whole bottle full of powder. Poor quality of product. No value for money!! Dont recommend it!

i had so much trouble sleeping and keeping a good night's sleep. I bought this cuz a friend recommended it. I tried them for 1 month and it was a game changer i SLEPT. Woke up with no fatigue and no sleepiness. I stop using them for a bit and i kept sleeping well but waking up i felt tire. So i will go back to a lower dosage. One thins is they are BIG capsules and you need 4. I took 3 daily instead and it did help

My doctor recommended this saying that there are a lot of magnesiums out there which are a waste of money and just ineffective. This combination is the one with the best reception.

El producto lo compre para mi mama de 80 años que le cuesta descansar en las noches y tiene calambres. Su medico se lo receto. La primera noche durmio de maravilla pero tomo solo la mitad de la dosis porque lo recomendado en el producto es mucho mas alto de lo recetado por su doctor. Deben de tener cuidado de tomar solo lo recetado por su médico y no tomar demas.
