Was stale
Disappointed that the product was stale - both the chocolate and the hazelnuts. Given that this is made in Italy, I suspect it has been sitting in inventory for a while. Disappointed that it can’t be replaced, especially since it is not inexpensive.

Always been my favorite Holiday Chocolate at no blame to the seller but the box was occupied entirely by chocolate now the chocolate I would say is probably 80% inside the box from the factory Shrinkflation I guess . Chocolate was delicious as expected
