Q: what are the mixing directions? can't find any directions for mixing, in the package, or online

I just use the dye to get the color I want for the tee. I tie off the parts of the tee i want to leave white and hang it over the side of the pan. I just put the color powder in water as strong as I want the color to be and leave it set overnight leave rubber band on and hang to dry then rinse ...Then I'll put a sublimation image on the part I left White.
