Q: Can you sit these in ice

Yes, you can cool Boxed Water in ice. Please do not let sit overnight in water as carton may soften.

Q: Why do you call this sustainable, when you still have a plastic cap? Cartons are designed to be opened without adding plastic.

Our boxes are the most sustainable packaging we could find on the market that was also able to be resealed. It is important to us to allow people the freedom to reseal the box and take it on-the-go. 74% of our box is made from paperboard, which is a huge step forward compared to plastic bottle alternatives. That being said, we continue to evaluate and explore new materials that can make us better.

Q: Why do these get delivered in 3 - yes three- brown cardboard boxes?

It’s just the way they are packed for protection.

Q: Can these be frozen to allow to act as an ice pack in a kids lunch box? This works well with plastic bottles but not sure about cartons.

We do not recommend freezing Boxed Water to protect the quality of our mostly paper carton.
